Life is full of unpredictability.
You can be well and suddenly you go very sick. And you go sick at the time that you should not be which is very bad.
I was so looking forward to my Northface 100. Late night trainings and all the liaising with the sponsors and in the end .... i was down with a high fever 2 days before the race =(
Not racing left me with the feeling of incompetency.
Its a very mixed feeling here. I know I am not well to compete so i should just shut up and rest at home but passing my bib and sponsor top and equipments to my sub made me feel really sad.
Incompetency and helplessness ...
This semester was really hectic with work and events and internships and self-trainings. Maybe it was the tiredness that causes the sickness.
The next race coming will be SCSM. Hope to clock a sub 5 timing if possible. I have yet to pay for my Tokyo Marathon Fees which i'll have to by this Friday. Im so scard i'll be sick again =(
